Desdalex

Desdalex is a law office located on the Amerikalei south of Bolivar Square in Antwerp. This office attaches great importance to guidance, discretion and precision. TecnoSpace contracted the demolition work, the fitting of gyproc partitions, glass partitions, the flooring , the fitting of ceilings, sun protection and painting work.

Thanks to the combination of acoustic glass, the voile curtains and the TecnoSlim system wall, the desired discretion of the customer is not only met but the transparent character of the room can also be felt.

To limit sound transmission, the TecnoSlim system wall was fitted with 16mm thick acoustic glass, the HPL doors were fitted with a drop seal and this entire wall system was placed in an insulated plasterboard frame. For the interior floor finish, the choice fell on vinyl in the open spaces and carpet in the office. The wood-look vinyl strips were laid vertically against each other to create a herringbone pattern. This classic achievement reflects class, luxury and warmth.

The final touch was provided by the paintings which were finished to perfection in order to create a harmonious whole that exudes a minimalist class and luxury.
