Velsera established itself alongside other large and small companies at the Corda Campus in Hasselt, a dynamic technology hub where innovative businesses come together to grow and collaborate.

Deusjevoo designed modern and sleek offices with a calm and professional atmosphere. By playing with open high ceilings where ventilation ducts and systems are visible, they created an open and airy office environment.

Meanwhile, in the core area with lowered gypsum ceilings, a more intimate dark blue kitchen block was created alongside functional acoustic meeting rooms. The large TecnoBloc partition delineates all spaces with expansive glass panels, allowing natural light to create a sense of openness and spaciousness. The black vertical lines of the glass modules create an elegant and rhythmic play of lines.

By not making the doors floor-to-ceiling but providing them with an upper panel or glass module, the walls feel less imposing in height. This horizontal line connects all the partitions. At the ends of the central core, four phone booths are installed with double-glazed framed doors and red accent walls that contrast beautifully with the neutral tones and flooring.
