Sunrise lounge by Brussels Airline

The lounge, specifically designed for passengers of Brussels Airlines heading to Sub-Saharan Africa, underwent a comprehensive renovation to create a more spacious and comfortable environment. Following an intense collaboration between various parties, the lounge has been transformed into a beautiful oasis in just 27 working days.

The new layout guides visitors upon entry to a bright main area with an impressive view of the tarmac. With a focus on meticulous precision and the use of fire-safe materials, a state-of-the-art buffet area and a central core have been created. This central core, including a wall unit and a large island with a ceramic countertop, forms the beating heart of the lounge.

The entire project presented logistical challenges due to the specific location at the end of Pier A at Brussels Airport. All materials and personnel had to be brought in via the tarmac, adhering to strict safety regulations. Despite these challenges, the project was completed successfully, and the lounge opened on time.

The renovated Sunrise Lounge offers business travelers a complete transformation, featuring a striking art tree, a custom-designed buffet, a bar, nap boxes, and showers and toilets.
