The Gyproc Belgian National Trophy 2019 Award was held on September 21. With this prize, Gyproc rewards the knowledge and expertise of ProTeamers, a select group of Belgian finishing companies which specialize in modern plaster and partition systems. TecnoSpace won the first prize in the category Plasterboard with the project ‘Bussiness Lounge The Loft by Brussels Airlines and Lexus’.
Bussiness Lounge The Loft by Brussels Airlines and Lexus is a unique lounge concept at Brussels Airport in Zaventem. It was mainly the integration of indirect lighting and the high fire-resistant walls that influenced the choice of the jury. TecnoSpace will represent Belgium in april 2020 at the international event in Athens.
TecnoSpace is a multidisciplinary contractor who has focused on interior finishing for twenty years. The company is based in Wilrijk, has 28 employees and an annual turnover of 13 million euros. Under the motto ‘We make better space!’ TecnoSpace places all interiors elements: walls, ceilings, floor coverings, paintwork…it also has its own collection of partition walls. Recent references are the delivery and installation of partitions in the new headquarters of Cordeel constuction group in Temse (design: Binst Architects) and the total design of the VF Europe head office in Berchem (design: Sergio Alberto Danese).
